5 things you may not know about our Ballet teacher James Taylor!

When James was a student at the Royal Ballet School, he won a scholarship to study at the Paris Opera Ballet School.

One of his first professional performances was for the Queens 60th Birthday Gala at the Royal Opera House in London.

During his dancing career, James performed every male role in Swan Lake and the Nutcracker (except Drosselmeyer).

James never used to walk in an anti-clockwise direction before a show. He’s not sure why, but it made sense at the time!

In 2007 James founded the award-winning Aussie Pole Boys, Sydney’s elite group of male pole dancers.

Try a class with James: Ballet Intermediate Mondays at 6:30pm.
