Similar to the style of Sydney Dance Company – a blend of ballet and modern dance. It builds a strong centre and combines precision leg work with fluidity of the torso. Contemporary dance encourages self expression, natural movement and personal interpretation.

Footwear: ballet flats, foot thongs, bare feet or socks
Clothing: Non-restrictive and similar to something you would wear to the gym. e.g. track pants, shorts with tights, lycra leggins, sports top, singlet or t-shirt.
Tickets can be purchased online or in person at our Reception Desk. The Reception Desk opens 1/2 hour prior to the start time of each class. Cash/Eftpos/Visa/Mastercard/Amex accepted.
