Funk is an old school street style, originating in California in the 1970s during the funk era. It is a stylized combination of street funk, hip hop and pop, similar to the styles seen in music video clips for J Lo and Janet Jackson.

Footwear: jazz sneakers, regular sneakers (that are flexible) or cotton socks.
Clothing: non-restrictive clothing, something you would wear to the gym eg. Track pants, shorts and tights, lycra leggins, singlet, t-shirt or sports top
Tickets can be purchased online or in person at our Reception Desk. The Reception Desk opens 1/2 hour prior to the start time of each class. Cash/Eftpos/Visa/Mastercard/Amex accepted.
