Charlie studied dance from aged 7 in his hometown at the Dubbo Ballet Studio and then studied full-time at Brent Street Studios. His dedication to dance paid off, proving he was versatile enough to secure a position in the So You Think You Can Dance Top 20, winning the hearts of the audience and making it all the way to the grand final achieving 2nd place in the 2009 series. Charlie recently completed the So You Think You Can Dance Live Concert Tour around Australia which featured the favourite routines from the Top Ten dancers as well as brand new choreographed numbers
