Our yoga-based Stretch classes blend stretching movement with the graceful control of dance to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. The aim is to develop core strength, ease and openness in the joints and a flexible, well-balanced body.

Yoga mats are provided or you can bring your own.

Stretch (Open)

Our yoga based Stretch classes blend stretching movement with the graceful control of dance to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. The aim is to develop core strength, ease and openness in the joints and a flexible,well balanced body. This class is for Adults aged 16+ and open to all levels.

Please bring your own Yoga mat. We are unable to provide mats at this stage.

Pilates classes focus on building core strength and flexibility. Stretch is about encouraging flexibility and engaging all of the different muscle groups of a dancer. Yoga creates a mind-body connection as well as strengthening and increasing flexibility.
